STEP 1
Build the Greymane Camp Alchemy Lab
- Progress to Chapter 3 Howling Hill Homestead and talk to NPC Marius.
- Accept 'A Fresh Start' and 'Restore the Greymane Camp' quests.
- Harvest Logging Wood and Mining Ore around the Hernand area.
- Visit the Hernand bank and convert 500 Silver into 1 Gold Bar to stack wealth for expansions securely.
- Construct the Alchemy Lab at Greymane Camp to unlock potion crafting.
STEP 2
Loot the Palmar Pill Alchemy Formula
- Head down to Shadow's Whisper Cave on the west shoreline of Three Saints' Falls and grab the Alchemy Formula off the book-covered table.
- Travel southwest of Hernand into Witch Woods to find the recipe inside the Witch's house.
- Alternatively, knock out the 'Pharmacological Research on Medicinal Herbs' quest from NPC Lumiel in Pororin Village to earn the formula.
STEP 3
Harvest Water and Medicinal Herbs
- Track down 2x Water and 15x Medicinal Herbs in the open world.
- Gather specific herbs like Pine Mushroom, Rosemary, Lavender, Peony, Marigold, Shrubby Sophora, or Red Croton.
- Hold F on PC to interact and loot the wild resources.
STEP 4
Craft Palmar Pills at the Cauldron
- Find an active Cauldron at the Greymane Camp Alchemy Lab or the Witch's house.
- Use the alternative Cauldrons hidden in the Hernand kitchens back alley house or the Nexus cave above Hernand Castle.
- Dump your 2x Water and 15x Medicinal Herbs into the Cauldron to brew your Palmar Pills.
STEP 5
Trigger the Instant Revive in Combat
- Equip the Palmar Pill to your Quick Slot by pressing B or F3 on PC, or hold D-PAD UP on Controller.
- Engage an enemy, let your HP drop to zero, and wait for the death prompt to flash on screen.
- Hold CIRCLE on PlayStation or hold B on Xbox to immediately resurrect with 30% of your max HP and keep fighting!
